Original tire size was 10x38, which then became the 11.2x38, and the current size is 12.4x38.
The tire on the right side looks to be much wider than a 13.6x38 and appears to worn down enough that it will have very limited traction.
The tire on the left side does have excellent tread, but it is an industrial type tread, more like what you would see on a road grader, and while it will probably work for you, it really isn't the style of tread that is needed for what you will be doing with the tractor. I think I would try to sell the good tire, and then try to find a matching set of agriculture rear tires.
