I"m told they were shipped by the factory with the wheels flipped inward so as to be more narrow for strapping to railroad flat cars, etc. Most dealers flipped them outward because it looked better.
When you flip them outward, don"t forget to keep the tires going in the right direction for traction. Either flip the tire/hub combos side to side at the same time you flip the hubs, or demount the tires and reverse them on the hubs.
Personally, I would plan on demounting the tires from the hubs, simply because the tire/hub combo gets pretty heavy. I"ve got an A-frame hoist, so weight doesn"t bother me too much.
