I have a 1953 Super W6 with FEL that has been tarped all winter .I last shut her down in October by turning the fuel off and letting the carb run dry (I've seen several differant opinions regarding whether one should let it run dry or not )Im just wondering what special consciderations for starting it up this spring might exist.I know the standard changing the fluids but i was wondering if there are any other things i should think about before starting like fuel additives for the 6 month old fuel and any others you guys can think of.I love this message board and I am a major tractor novice .With out this board i would have been in trouble a long time ago. Thanks to all of you. Doug S.
