Fred, you can disbelieve all you want but it's been confirmed by researchers and people who worked for IH, plus it's been discussed ad nauseum.
IH never took the Super HTA beyond prototype/test mule stage, and the prototype was destroyed.
The only Super HTAs in existence are customized, much in the same way car collectors make "Hemi-Cudas" by putting a hemi engine in a regular Barracuda. Various parts of a 300 and Stage II Super H are combined to create a Super HTA.
It is not a "fake" tractor, contrary to what some people say. It's a real tractor. You can touch it, drive it, use it.
