the clutch linings are worn probabley to the rivits. that will make it slip under load.you will need to get a new clutch disc, someplaces can reline them if the disc is ok and the springs not broken.you should have the flywheel and pres.plate resurfaced. check your throw out brg.and pilot brg.either repack with grease or replace.you will need a pilot shaft to line up the disc before tightening pres. plate to flywheel.once together keep proper free play adjustment.you know the rest.oh, and make sure rear seal is not leaking.
