First off block the pedal down for a few days, then stat it in gear and take it for a drive, it will probably brake free if you drive it around for a while just be sure your out where you can drive it for awhile. Also if you could hook up something heavy behind it when you drive around that helps. Another thing you can do that works some times is pull the starter off and spray brake cleaner into the clutch area and that some times will brake it free. The from now on when you part it block the pedal down so it doesn't do that again. That's a very common problem on old tractors BTDT many times
