Dan: Flat tops look great on the older tractors, however you almost have to make provission for mounting and dismounting in front of rear wheel. Clutch side is best. Fast hitch and those fenders don't mix, I have a perminant scar on my shin to prove it. Fast hitch went down the road PDQ, I installed a M type drawbar. By then I had two tractors with factory 3 point.
I installed a cab on my 656 back in the late 60s. I put the flat tops from 656 on the 560. it made it convenient for running tarp each side from fender to grill. Gave great protection from wind and cold early spring and late fall.
