Could be fuel; could be loss of ignition. When it dies, check to see if you have spark at the plug wires-to-spark plug. If so, it could be the coil. I'm not telling you what do do, but I am suggesting you by an Operator's Manual for your tractor. It will explain the various carb settings and how to get them within an acceptable range. The manual is also full of other valuable maintenance information you will need. You can buy one right here on this forum. Look to the top left of the forum page under "Marketplace". Good luck. mike
