Just traded my nice Winchester Mod 88 .284 cal for a H that is maybe 1950? Eng. is not stuck, single front and nice 3 pt. Not sure if I got a good deal I only had a few min to look over the H and haven't picked it up yet. The guy said the front input bearing is out and the cover is off with a little surface rust on the gears. Any tricks to replace? I know the case has to be split. Any thing to watch out for? I've built a few of car 5spd and a few Honda auto trans, so to me looks basic enough. Just looking for a little info. Thanks DAN.
