It is probably your fan motor under the hopper, replaced mine a few years ago, when pressure was not building up. I thought it was the pump first, but that little motor can go bad too., You just need to loosen the two mounting bolts some then turn it and pull it down. The pump mount has slotted holes. When you put it back on put some grease on the shaft and push it back up.It was around 200 bucks from the IH a few years ago, don't recommend one from the salvage yard, i went that route and it was worse than the one i had. Like the others said, check your lid make sure it is sealed and make sure your wheels are down and don't have any holes in them, also check those plastic ends on the black wheel ends, they wear through and break some time, but sounds like you mainly have motor or pressure problem.hope you get it figured out.
