on second thought, maybe you have the right harnesses and all the leads are overwhelming you. for example there will be up to a couple wires from the charging section that goto the starter solenoid, and some from the under dash section that also go to the solenoid, etc. kind of confusing.
if you can identify what a certain wire is for, by using a continuity tester you can see where the other end goes and maybe figure it out that way too. wiring is not something you can write about and guarantee the reader will not misinterpret. that's why all these questions we are asking you will make a difference. gotta be extra thorough when writing about wiring. :) keep asking questions, keep us posted and we'll keep trying to help
