Do you plan on making that a permanent setup? Two sets of cast centers will be VERY difficult to deal with if you only want duals for springtime tillage...
1. If you want the treads facing the "right" way with the duals installed, you either need to swap the rim/center combination from one side to the other, or take the tires and rims off the centers before you flip them over to be dished in. The tire/rim/center combinations are VERY heavy, especially if they're filled with fluid for ballast.
2. The tractor will be VERY narrow with the wheels dished in, even if they're slid out to the ends of the axles. You may be forced to flip the centers over after you remove the duals to get the tractor back to a stable width.
3. You will have to go through the process of blocking the tractor up and wrestling all this iron, rubber, and water around TWICE every spring.
For temporary use, I recommend snap-on duals. All you have to deal with is a tire, a rim, and four clamps. These are enough work in and of themselves, but it's a LOT less work than cast centers.
Snap on duals , you replace the nuts on four of the clamp bolts with special eye nuts. There is a spacer band that gets tack-welded to the dual rim.
