Have a 364 with a BD-154 diesel thats leaking around the water pump shaft. Guess I should not have replaced the thermostat and had the radiator repaired.Thermostat was missing and the radiator was leaking like a sieve. Has anybody has rebuilt their water pump using a kit vs just replacing the entire pump asm.? If you have rebuilt the pump anything special I should pay attention to while rebuilding. The pump asm. is considerable more expensive but if its the better way to go, I"ll replace it.
