Dellbertt: IH actually only built two cabs for US built tractors, first one was the straight post ROPS on the later 66 series, then the cab used on all 86 and again on 30-50 series. All the early cabs on early 66, all 56, 26, 06 and older were built by outside suppliers. Those folks were building much the same cabs for other makes.
I don't recognize the cab in your photo to call it by name, however it will probably fit with modification. Like you I once bought a used cab, diamond shaped cab, came off a 1066. With some modification I was able to make that cab look decent on a 656. I've seen countless others done the same way.
