I bought this cab for $400 because all the windows are good and the doors work smooth and easy. All the braces and steps came with it. I bought it to put on my snowplow tractor but it doesn"t fit. At the top its 44"wide and 46"long.
It says Full Vision on it with a silver globe insignia.
Im putting it on photo ads but I"d like to know if its a IH cab. Any one know?
Thanks.

Didn't the Year-a-Round company use a silver globe insignia that had a ribbon wrapping around the globe that said Year-a-Round? I would think you could get it to fit as the others said, these companies made the same cab for all tractors, just had different mounting kits.

what make and model tractor did your cab come from when you bought it? most companies had different mounting kits that matched the mounting pattern (clutch housing, axle shape, etc) of several tractor manufacturers.
a neighbor had a full vision cab on his 1066. not sure of the model of cab. as i recall, his cab was wider than yours, in the proportions of the yeararound and hiniker cabs.

Dellbertt: IH actually only built two cabs for US built tractors, first one was the straight post ROPS on the later 66 series, then the cab used on all 86 and again on 30-50 series. All the early cabs on early 66, all 56, 26, 06 and older were built by outside suppliers. Those folks were building much the same cabs for other makes.

I don't recognize the cab in your photo to call it by name, however it will probably fit with modification. Like you I once bought a used cab, diamond shaped cab, came off a 1066. With some modification I was able to make that cab look decent on a 656. I've seen countless others done the same way.
