Hi Robert, is the spool valve on top of the MCV valve and PTO lever adjusted properly. I read that you have hydraulic oil flow in the small line that feeds the PTO clutch. According to I&T Shop Service manual with hydraulic oil at operating temperature and engine running at 2200 RPM the pressure at the outlet of the MCV valve for the PTO line should be at least 220 PSI. There is a procedure to test and adjust the pressure but requires a hydraulic pressure gauge and fittings. The hydraulic oil is fed by the small steel line to sealing rings on the PTO shaft that feeds the PTO clutch. If tractor has dual speed PTO 540/1000 RPM then sealing rings are on 1000 RPM shaft otherwise they on lower 540 RPM shaft.
