Hi Jay, there are two different types of fuel filters for that model. Look at CaseIH parts site as below: Just select "SEARCH for PARTS" link from the bottom of this page -
Then search for your model number on the page that opens.
Fuel filters are under POWER page 12-34 and 35.
Re bleeding the fuel system, there is a bleed screw on top of the fuel filter assembly (Item #12) on parts page. Open that screw a few turns and let fuel flow until there are no air bubbles coming out the bleed screw. Then close bleed screw. Put OFF/START/RUN control lever to START position and crank engine. DON'T crank engine for more than 60 seconds at a time to prevent over heating starter motor. If engine does not start within two 60 second cranking attempts then you will have to loosen an injector line at the rear of the Diesel injection pump and then crank engine again. BECAREFULL when you loosen the injector line because this is Diesel fuel under 3200 PSI and can cause serious injury.
Another thing that helps is to put small amount (10 to 15lbs) of air pressure in the fuel tank.
