One item not mentioned is if the lever has loosened on the shaft, it might cause the problem. THe most likely is a pressure relief valve stuck open (a piece of dirt) these pumps would not be damaged by 90 wt, but in cold weather they might have operational reluctance. Some use ready rod (allthread or threaded rod) to lower the pump after all the elbows and the lever are removed. JimN
