There are at least two diaphram scenarios in that fuel pump. It has been too long since I had one of those apart but one has the diaphram that comes out separatley and the other is a component part, I think it is attached to the plunger and conot be separated from it. Discribe yours to Gordon and he will set you up I am sure.
