According to the serial number you have a 1957 International 650. The Super W-9 was the last series that used the name McCormick. The front should have a IH and the hood sides should have stainless steel International and 650 emblems. Sounds like somebody has swapped around the grill and sheet metal. I can't find the Nebraska test for the 650 diesel but the 650 gas tested 65.17 belt hp and 57.87 db hp, and the 650 LPG tested 67.02 belt hp and 60.71 db hp. The diesel is in the same hp area.
