Randy, engine kits can be a bit confusing. The prices vary according to what all is included in the kit. The kit that includes absolutely everything naturally is the highest priced, but with that kit you need to know precisely which size bearings you need before you order it, and the only way you are going to know is if you take the crankshaft to a machine shop and have it checked and measured. More than likely the crankshaft will need to be turned down, which will require undersized bearings. If the crank does need turned, the machine shop can get the bearings needed at a very reasonable cost, so you may as well buy the kit without the bearings. Likewise the pin bushings in the connecting rods. Installing the new bushings is NOT a do it yourself job, so you may as well buy the basic kit that includes the pistons, pins, sleeves, and gaskets, and let the machine shop take care of the rest of it.
