we have an M that idles way to fast. it has an M&W power gov. in it which has 2 springs instead of one. we tried to set the idle on the carb but it don't help. do you guys think that extra spring is effecting the idle? we have tried everything but nothing helps. this gov> came off of a stuck engine. do they vairy that much from engine to engine?should we take out the one spring and see if that helps? thanks much DF in WI
