I got a cam gear for my F-12, cause I broke the d*mn thing takin it off. Anyway, I got a used one form the great guys at Stauffer Salvage. It has the same casting number on it as my old gear. When I eyed the two up I noticed the timing marks are different. The old gear has one mark, and is off 1-1/2 teeth from the new gear I got from Stauffer. BUT.....the gear I got from Stauffer has 2 timing marks. The other mark lines up, but the keyway is 180 deg from the old gear. I'm thinkin the easiest way is to take the cam into work and let the machine shop mill another keyway in the cam. What do you think? Thanks, Doug N
