All of the hyd levers should be returned to the neutral position. This is to allow the fluid to flow thru the open centers of the valves to return to the reservoir and cooler. The only reason that the 2 valves would be "pinned" or fastened in one position, would be to feed another valve that has been added to controll another circuit. I'd get all valves returned to the neutral position, and then see what you have. Can't see why someone would do that to cure another problem. LE
