George: I can sympathize, just Fri. night I reached in my rural mail box for the days mail, only to have a swarm of yellow jackets follow my arm right into the car. Since I had it in drive, I tramped the pedal, but they got me 4 times on my fingers and arm. Luckily I had 3 windows down and the air flow soon got rid of them. I just wonder how the mail man fared. Two years ago We got a call from the Postal Service. I went back at dusk, armed with WD-40. Best hornet, wasp and bee spray I know of. As it turns out we had two visitors to our mail box on Fri. I do feel bad about the mail man, however the guy that leaves that damn junk mail, can't get stung too much. I expect we'll be hearing from the postal folks tomorrow. I'm happy to report the yellow jackets are gone. It's one thing to leave the mail behind, quite another to show up at the house without your trousers. No telling where the Mrs. may think you have been.
