been doing a lot of body work for a number of years, done a few of my own tractors. I prefer to use PPG DCC Concept over DPLF epoxy primer... NOT cheap... last tractor I did, the paint was $325 / gallon... I went through a gallon and a half, 3 coats total on top of 2 coats of DPLF... which runs $100+ / gallon... plus catalysts and reducers... I had 20 hours on the sandblaster to take the M to bare metal... 11 on the W4... by the time you figure in the hours and material costs 2K is a bargin...
