Brian, I am in the process of installing, what I believe is a gasoline head, on a 1943 Kerosene H. I used all of the 6 1/8 inch studs and put washers under all of them. ARP makes studs that will work and for about 6 dollars a piece. I am unsure of what the head is exactly cause the casting numbers have been ground off, but the valves in it are for a gasoline head.
