its probably 12 volt with 2 batteries run pos to pos and neg to neg,,, this is for the extra cranking amps needed for the diesel. I know my 5000 diesel is this way, really helps too, it is still 12 volts just gives you a bigger punch.. pat now I just looked at tractor data .com and they show it is a 1961- 66 model, has 30 + hp, and shows 12 volt positive ground with a genny, so you may be looking at 2 -6 volt batteries run pos to neg and pos to neg giving you the 12 volt to the starter,,, like stated beore 3 caps 6 volt 6 caps 12 volt,, also tractor data had 414 I think the same tractor except 3414 is industrial, I may be wrong,, pat
