That's hard to say. There are all types of "restorations" - anywhere from quickie paint jobs, to showroom new. Plus, to many folks, the first year M's have a lot of appeal while many others seem to avoid them, due to their unique features. If you had one of the first 10 made, that might add something extra(?). Here's a guess: Figure out what it's worth as an M, then add $500 because it's a 1939. On the otherhand, if you don't care whether you have a '39 or not, just price it like you would any other M in comparable condition. mike
