My cylinder must be missing this stop. The pictures in the manuel do not point out this stop, i can see something in one picture that looks like one. I have to stop at an IH dealer for some parts yet this winter and will ask about it. I am sure i could make something up if they can not help me. I just need to see one and could dupicate something close. On my other drill i used a cylinder with a screw out ajuster on the clevis head and the rod spacers maybe i will like this one better. Thanks for your reply.
