We have about 3" of solid ice still. The sleet, snow and freezing rain we had has thawed and refrozen so many times it is just like concrete! I went to help a neighbor feed big bales yesteday morning. I Went over a hill to place one bale and couldn't get back up. I tried about 10 times and it looked like I was going to have to leave the old 706 down there. There was no other way out of this little patch. Another neighbor with a big front wheel assist John Deere pulled me out. He stayed up on the level and 40' of chain to reach me. It was real sad to see that green tractor pulling the red one. Sometimes you just have to swallow your pride though. We could use the chains down here. You still have ice Old? Gene
