Hi glenn Im here with ya brother, thr reason those welded peice,s were on it cause some turkey tried to put power steerring on it, and had to modify thing,s around to make it work, It had a loader on it, I took it off, piece of junk, had lines for lever,s for loader on a made up iron plate on side of left fender on pole, trashed that, and the lines too with the loader, so,,,, right now Im wanting to put it back to stock as much as i can, so,,,, that was it in a nutshell,
