They may be now but back 7-8 years ago when i needed one the one i got sure as hello not i dropped 9 hp just in that change out and ya would have to put the indecator and degree wheel to one to prove it to me as i had already done that and that is why i am sayenit and yes it came with the left hand thread stright off the boat from China . as i took the old cam and chucked it up in the lathe and put the indacator on the lobs and a degree wheel on her then put the indacator on the push rod and there was 50-65 differance in the lift . and that was off my old cam and it had wear And at the moment i can not give the degree differance but i was shocked , and there was some phone calls made to my supplyer over this then we had words over someother parts from across the pond that by his book were SUPPOSE TO FIT and after i had sold several items and people started bring the junk back wanting there money back because this stuff LOOKED THE SAME but when ya went to install it it did not fit like the replacement radiators fot the M- S/M they did not fit as i ordered in one for my S/MTA and with the rad hanging over the wright frame rail as far as it would go and no insulators under it the steering shaft was still rubbing the tube another pice of China junk that was a waist of 200 bucks that did not fit and MY supplier would not do anything about SOOOOOOO after that littel deal he was no longer one of my suppliers BUT THEY KEEP ON SELLING THIS IMPORTED JUNK . The best deal i have found is to take the old cam up to one of the machine shops that i use and they will fix rebuild regrind to SPEC's any cam that i take them for a 100 bucks and the ones that i have had rebuilt have been good SOFAR.
