Hi Ken, Interesting problem. Since it has to sit shut off for several hours the Diesel fuel must be slowly leaking down somewhere. Is there Diesel fuel leaking into the crankcase? When you bleed the injection pump do you bleed the top bleed screw or only bottom bleed screw? We had B414, 434 and 384 on our farm from 1962 thru to about 1992. Only problems we had was lift pump diaphram had pin hole letting Diesel fuel leak into crankcase and screen at inlet to injection pump got clogged once. JimB
