H Distrib doesn't ground..now what?

My H is still sick. Various tests and new parts now point to thye distributor is not properly grounded. You get a jolt from the dist body when it is opened up. My auto guy suggests the ground wire to the distributor may be the problem, but, at the risk of sounding stupid...where the hell is it? Buried under the points plate???. This is an IH horizontal mount distrib? Can somebody out there help me? \
