Mike, I will add my vote for one of the fender mount Ford units, so easy to use and wire up is why, it engages when you apply 12 volts via a starter button/switch/key to its lil S terminal. Then if you really wanan get fancy, use a 6 volt coil with a stand alone series ballast resistior and wire the solenoids lil I terminal direct to the coil to by pass the ballast for a hotter starting spark.
