Jack the tractor up on that side. Then let the air out. After you have done that you should be able to remove the core and then just buy a pack of them. Almost all auto parts stores have the core. Now if your talking about the bigger part of the stem then you can also remove it and replace it. Any good tire store should have them. Your cost will be less then $5 if you can of course remove it. BTDT all the time and so far I have only lost one tube doing that and it got cut by the rim when I tried to remove the bigger part of the stem
