From what I've seen loaders increase the value of a tractor to some degree (averages about 300-500). They also decrease the value of the tractor itself because of front end wear issues. If you can get the cylinder fixed cheaply (I've heard it is easy to redo the seals, aint done it yet), Then I would keep it. Loaders around here go for anywhere between 200-5-700 depending on the tractor its designed for.
