444 Hydraulics Again

I came home after work today to try this again. Yes, exactly the same thing happened. The 3PTH came up on its own after about 20 minutes of operation. Both levers are fully forward. And again, the only way to keep it down was to decrease the revs, and shut off the valve. I didn"t run it long this time so it didn"t heat up too much. Somebody told me that I have to change a filter or I have a blockage somewhere. Where do I go from here? BTW thanks to JB2, Jay Walt, IH2444 and Hugh for responding last time. This board is really popular so it is hard to follow all the strings.
