Well first off find and fix the hole that they are getting into your house thru if it is and OLD foundation then they will go wright thru the old sand mix cement like a boring bar. Clean up around your house and if ya don't like the smell for a dead rotten mouse don't use poision as they will die in places you can't get to BTDT . We go thru this every year i run around the outside and find the holes dig down and mix up some mortor mix fill the holes in and plaster that area with a good hard mix , if i live long enough i just might get the old foundation completly covered .
