Bill, You said: "I notice a small leak out of the carb drip hole." It has been my experience (Super-A) that when that happens, it won't start - it's flooding. Shut off the gas at the valve under the tank, let it dry out for a while, then try to start it (with the tank valve still shut off). It'll likely start and run just fine (if ignition is OK). Then, turn on the tank valve before the gas in the carb bowl is used up. You'll need to shut off the tank valve when you park it, and think about replacing the float valve needle & seat inside the carburator. By the way, the next time you want to start it up, let just a little gas into the carb bowl with the tank valve, then shut it off again. Start it up, open the tank valve, and go. Might be worth a try... Gene-AL
