Well, I have made sure the battery is fully charged, air supply good, replaced coil, condenser, rotor, cap. Engine cranks fine. What's the next logical place to look for trouble, if there is no spark? If there is spark, what would be the problem? Plug wires? Spark plugs? Fuel? I notice a small leak out of the carb drip hole. Appreciate any assistance, it's got to be something simple right?

Are you using copper core wires? You need them on a mag. Pull the cover off the coil and take a flatblade screwdriver and touch the magnets. It should pull that screwdriver with some effort.
This is what creates your spark when passing by the coil. They do become weak. Hal

Bill, You said: "I notice a small leak out of the carb drip hole." It has been my experience (Super-A) that when that happens, it won't start - it's flooding. Shut off the gas at the valve under the tank, let it dry out for a while, then try to start it (with the tank valve still shut off). It'll likely start and run just fine (if ignition is OK). Then, turn on the tank valve before the gas in the carb bowl is used up. You'll need to shut off the tank valve when you park it, and think about replacing the float valve needle & seat inside the carburator.
By the way, the next time you want to start it up, let just a little gas into the carb bowl with the tank valve, then shut it off again. Start it up, open the tank valve, and go.
Might be worth a try...

Everthing is working fine, engine turns over.
If I get no spark then it must be a fuel delivery problem? I'll check the points and so a spark test (hold a wire against the frame?).

Thanks

Pull the coil wire from the cap and hold within 1/8-1/4" of a good ground. The have someone to try and start the tractor. Disconnect the kill wire at the mag for now. Should have a hot blue spark. If there's no spark, clean the points and retry again. Hal

If you get no spark, that has nothing to do with fuel delivery.

And the tractor will turn over just dandy if the kill switch is off.

Now if you are not getting fuel either, then you have two problems, likely not at all related.

Try to tackle one problem at a time, but if you are leaking gas out the bottom of the carb it sounds like you have fuel.

Ok, thanks. Will look again. The electrical stuff throws me a little bit. I have thoroughly checked the kill switch, (actually tried it in both the off nd on positions), checked for good connections, grounds, etc...

Thanks

Is this battery ignition or is it a mag? Hal

You didn't mention the contact points, if you haven't installed a new set, do so. It is also very easy to inadvertantly make a wiring just a little bit wrong and end up with wire or connection making contact with ground somewhere, and be really hard to find. It is possible that you need new spark plugs and wires but it would be unusual for all four plugs and wires to go completely bad all at the same time. Get out you magnifying glass and your fine tooth comb and see what you find. One more thing, sometimes new contact points will have a light film of oil on them, drag a clean and dry piece of paper in between the points to clean them.

Thanks! I'LL CHECK THE POINTS AND WIRING. Does the wire from the coil ground to the condenser? This in an H4 Magneto. Also, if I do the spark test (hold a wire against the frame?) and get spark, then most likely it's a fuel delivery problem? If no spark, then points? Is it possible for the engine to crank normally if there is a bad ground?? Thanks for all your help on this. Still learning a lot.
