One more time please! I need 2 parts and help with

I'm sorry to have to keep bugging you guys! :( I'd like to post a WTB and a question please. For those of you who aren't familliar with my rather bothersome posts I am in the process of repairing a Farmall 100 and my poor little sick tractor is in need of some parts. First the question.....
(Please see the pic attached) As I was cleaning the governor housing last night and getting all of the goo out of it I noticed a fair bit of play in the little speed change lever that protrudes from it. I pulled the lever out and discovered that the shaft had a considerable (maybe 1/32-1/16") amount of wear on it and the hole in which it pivots has wear in it as well. Can this be repaired? Should I bore the hole have the machine shop make a bushing for it and turn the shaft or should I just weld up the worn areas and dremel/file them back into spec? Does anyone sell or have a new/reproduction speed change lever? How about a governor housing? How important is this part and would this wear significantly affect performance?
____________________________ Now here's the WTB :) Do any of you have a good rebuildable carb for my tractor? If it is in good enough condition for me to rebuild it I would appreciate it and will send you a prompt payment. I also need a good-decent fan bracket/water outlet if it's inexpensive enough. I suppose I could repair my old one but it's pretty funky and I'd have to rebuild a section on it with weld and you know how welding on rusted cast iron can be.
