Real 826 Service Manuals

A while back I bought a full set of service manual reprints from a
well known dealer online. They were listed as "826" manuals but
when I recieved them they were marked as either "706, 806 or
1206" or "756, 856 or 1256." Upon reciept of the manuals I called and was assured they were
"totally applicable," but I have learned that this was an optimistic
comment at best, or a bold-faced lie at worst. I have found
many differences between my 826 and these other models. A
few similarities too, but these manuals have not benefitted most
of the work done lately. I've had to use either the cheesy I&T
manual or wing it. Pretty sad when an 8 dollar manaul is of more
use than a $200 stack. Of the stack I bought, only the D-358
manual is totally applicable to my tractor. I hate working in the
dark and I despise people who turn the lights off on me just to
make a buck! I don't mind spending the money, but I want what I
paid for. My question is to those that may have bought manuals recently
for 826s. Who is selling "real" 826 manuals at a decent price?
I've just started shopping again, and I'm willing to do my
legwork, but figured I'd query the brain trust to save a few steps
and a bit of time. Many thanks!
