I just bought a 1953 Stage 1 Super H. The starter thats on it is a Delco 1108016, which has the saddle mount starter button on it with the push rod. I believe this to be correct because there is a mounting bracket under the gas tank for the regulator and the starter off a H will fit but theres no room to install the wire. All the pictures I've seen of the Super H don't have this type of starter. I'm wanting to keep this tractor original so is the starter I have with the saddle mount correct or not, or was it just an option that doesn't really matter. Also where I'm trying to get a new starter they are saying that the starter I'm asking for is for a Super C, are these starters the same?
