I don't do this too much, but I found a really interesting tractor and wanted some opinions from guys who know this stuff. It appears to be a Farmall A tranny, with a Super A block with a dipstick on the block, and a water pump on it. Altenator, with average sheet metal. Average rubber--one flat rear tire, rear wheel weights. A set of cultivators that have seen their better days, and here is the kicker....a nearly new Woods L59 with everything..guards, blades, everything. I have an idea about what the components run, but he was asking $1500 for the whole shebang and he will deliver it an hour to me..What do you guys think? Good deal or not?
