Well the blue smoke could be from the timeing being off or injectors that are not cracking properly . Could it be that they got there grubby fingers into the pump and cut it back . With out back tracking what they did or starting from square one we would only be guessing . Someone at the dealership may have stuck it on the Dyno and got playen with it and set it back to the 100 Hp. that showed on there wore out dyno and it is realy only turnen 90 or less . check the timeing and run the valves and find a good dyno and run it . The timeing should be 18 degrees and the no load high ideal should be the 2600 and you can adjust it to the 2600 and maybe a shade more . If all of the things don't work then it is time to pull the injectors and have them tested and maybe time for a pump rebuild . Like i said i have no idea as to what they did and now adays i do not put anything past some people to get work in.
