Yep, home for the (brief) summer. Been home since the 17th and will be leaving about the 23rd of July. Just about done with the haying for the year. Have about 180 acres done and about 400 bales -- an average year for us. Unfortunately the wheat crop is drying up every day, we need an inch of rain ASAP to save it. No rain in the forecast though. Last year the crop was hailed out... Had my blood pressure checked today at the dentist. I don't remember the numbers, but the hygienist said it was really good. Getting re-charged for another year and we are taking my mom (20 year vet of teaching) back with us to AZ to help us get started again. Working the land and being out in the fresh air sure does me good! Take care!
