Mike: I'm not saying I'm going to have your answer, but our discussion may tweek someone else's brain. The two hydraulic hoses you replaced supply oil from control valve to fast hitch lift cylinder, right or wrong? Could this be a case of loosing enough oil when changing hoses, you have drained resovoir refilling the system? Do the rockshafts on the touch control work properly? What is the oil level in your resovoir?
