You got that nut loose very easily. That pulley is probably a press fit. You should pull the pulley before you buy a seal. If the pulley's hub is grooved from the old seal you will need a speedi sleeve and the seal will come with it. Here's a web site for a puller using a hydraulic jack or ram.
